Morgan Fairchild is an American actor from the United States. She was born Patsy McClenny on February 3, 1950. Her popularity grew during the late 70s and early 1980s thanks to her various roles on various TV shows where she was portrayed as a glamorous actor. Fairchild started her career on The CBS morning soap Search for Tomorrow as Jennifer Pace from 1973 until 1977. In 1978 she appeared on the premiertime soap opera Dallas as the first actress to play Jenna Wade before taking a part in the lead role of the NBC show Flamingo Road in 1980 (for which she was nominated for the Golden Globe Award for Best Actress for Television Series Drama). The co-star was on ABC in the short-lived soap Paper Dolls from 1984 and played Jordan Roberts in Falcon Crest from 1985 to 1986. Fairchild has also been seen in theatre, as well as in appearances on TV shows such as Murphy Brown and Roseanne Cybill. The actress was nominated for the Primetime Emmy Award in 1985 for her part in this series. She is a member of SAG-AFTRA.
