Morgan Fairchild, born Patsy McClenny, in 1950 on the 3rd February is an American actress. She rose to prominence in the mid 70s and in the early 1980s due to her continual appearances on a range of TV shows in which she was seen as a glamorous actress. Fairchild was first noticed in The CBS Daytime soap drama Search for Tomorrow as Jennifer Pace from 1973 to 1977. In 1978, she starred on the premiertime soap opera Dallas as the first actress to portray Jenna Wade before taking a leading role on the NBC series Flamingo Road in 1980 (for which she received the Golden Globe Award for Best Actress for Television Series Drama). Fairchild co-starred alongside ABC in the soap opera Paper Dolls during 1984. She also played Jordan Roberts in Falcon Crest from 1985 through 1986. Fairchild also appeared in the theater and played appearances on TV programs like Murphy Brown and Roseanne Cybill. She was even considered for an Primetime Emmy Award in 1985 due to her performance in the program. She is also a member of the board of SAG-AFTRA.
